Key Responsibility

Human Resources
Implement China new Labor Law
Build a career development system
Supervise China Head Office daily HR & Administrative work
Lead and enforce recruitment
Lead and enforce training
Lead and improve Compensation & Benefit policy and system
Lead and supervise proper HR Appraisal for each level of employee
Lead and supervise the policy to retain good staff, especially management level staff
Work in close cooperation with employees and branches
Keep good communication with internal staff, report and advice to top management
Build good relationship between Employees and each branch, create successful business culture
Collect HR monthly reports from branches and update China Head Office consolidations

Administration
Supervise China Head Office Administration work.
Work closely with China Head Office Administrative Manager
Implement internal working rules and regulations in line with the company’ policy

Requirements:

10 years of working experience and a significant experience in HR departments
Very good English and Chinese command
Good management skills
Good communication and inter-personal skills
PC skills
