Voici un descriptif des missions a remplir et des qualifications recquises pour le poste :

· Provide secretarial and administrative support
· Assist teams in their research and analysis.
· Assist foreign Senior consultant during meeting that require translations
· Manage ad-hoc assignments and handle confidential information

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma / bachelor degree /
· Secretarial Certification or equivalent is a plus but not necessary
· At least 1 year working experience with management,
· Experience in foreign owned company preferable.
· Able to communicate, read and write in English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must
· Good initiative, eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational & coordination skills and able to work independently
· Hard worker & team player;
· Willingness to learn new skills and to grow with the company.
