Marketing Research Manager
Albatross Global Solutions is a marketing and HR services provider dedicated to improve customer service and performance for luxury brands in Asia since 2005. We are looking for a Marketing Research Manager. You provide advice, recommendations and strategic direction for client-centered, custom market research initiatives. You are responsible for leading all facets of a research project from conception to completion, and are instrumental in the design of methodology, and the analysis, interpretation and communication of results. With a focus on the client, and clarity about objectives, you direct and coordinate the activities performed by members of your team.
You should be independent, curious and hard working with a strong analytical mind and problem solving abilities. It is important that you are an excellent communicator, computer literate and fluent in English.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Ο Project management for multiple, simultaneous projects
Ο Proposal preparation, methodology design, and project execution
Ο Strategic analysis and insightful interpretation of research findings
Ο Final report development, and presentation delivery
Ο Client communication and relationship management
Ο Moderation of focus groups
Requirements
Ο Minimum 3-5 years supplier-side experience
Ο Masters degree preferred / Excellent Chinese and English level
Ο Solid marketing research project management experience
Ο Consulting experience is preferred
Ο Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ο Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ο Strong customer service orientation
Ο Capacity to interact with a variety of people, positions and personality types
Ο Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
Ο Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ο Knowledge of statistical analysis, backed with proficiency with Excel and/or statistical software such as SPSS
Ο Experience with qualitative and quantitative research design, execution and analysis
Ο Experience with research in the following is preferred: Agriculture, Education, and Market Intelligence.
