We are Multinational firm that provides consulting and services in Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management.

We are seeking to enlarge our team in Shanghai with a hard-working and reliable individual to take on this challenging but rewarding position of:

Architect

Shall be in charge of the Design team and will be reporting directly to the Design Director:

Job Description

§ Creative profile with good track record in Concept Design. Experience in international competitions would be appreciated
§ Good Technical background and good knowledge of applicable regulations in China
§ Experience in R&D Centres, Industrial Parks, Factories would be highly appreciated
§ Good Construction Experience and Site Supervision would be highly appreciated
§ Managerial skills and ability to lead a Design Team
§ Good knowledge in implementation and follow-up of Fit-out Programs (functional and technical requirements, headcounts/ net and gross area, due diligence, organizational charts, proximity

, stacking…)
§ Good knowledge in monitoring fit-out projects. In case of Project Management assignment, The Architect will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities and efforts of contractors to ensure construction is completed within schedule, cost, quality and safety; PM skills would be highly appreciated
§ Good experience in Shop Drawings and Construction Drawings (Detailed Design)
§ Procurement knowledge (contractors Bid analysis, bidding process…etc) would be highly appreciated
§ Good skills in Autocad, and Photoshop. Microsoft Project would be highly appreciated
§ Additive knowledge in following softwares would be highly appreciated: Sketchup, 3D Max
§ Good command of English language (spoken and written)
§ Good team player

Requirements:

n Personality: honest and internationally minded
n Spoken and written fluency in English is a MUST: ability to communicate fluently in meetings of an international team, on the telephone and in negotiations
n Command of French is a plus

Salary: Negotiable
