Shanghai Jiou is a trading and sourcing company that works mainly with French customers. It provides quality controls services, and has a big sourcing capability for Chinese various products thanks to its long experience in China.
Shanghai Jiou is growing today and it is looking for new and motivated people to support this development.

Position Overview
As a manager assistant, you will have to help for daily tasks mainly for improving the communication between the French manager and the Chinese manufacturer.
This position is an opportunity to improve language skills but also to discover and learn a lot about China Industries. It is also an opportunity to travel around China.

Essential Job Functions
·Schedule making
·Accompaniment of French customer in Chinese factories
·Purchasing new Chinese products for French customers
·Following the production of purchased products

Non-essential Job Functions
·Translating documents French-Chinese/ Chinese-French
·Helping for the daily tasks in the office

Requirements/ Skills
·Post graduate degree – Fluent in French
Chinese Native only
·No experience needed, however, frequent previous internship or training are preferred
·Ready for frequent trips around China
·Rigorous and organized person.
·Control of the office softwares and good presentation skills
