Main responsibilities under the direction of the General Manager and in cooperation with the financial controller:
•Assist the General Manager to manage and coordinate internal function
•Function as cashier
•Approving and doing disbursement and journal vouchers, bookkeeping and overview, month-end closing, cash and bank balance
•Ensuring compliance with PRC regulations and tax requirements
•Other duties as they occur
Requirements:
•Native Chinese
•Professional and qualified, good knowledge of PRC accounting practice and tax regulations
•Relevant Experience in the field of accounting or administration
•Experience with PC (Microsoft office applications)
•Good working knowledge of English (oral and written, it’s a MUST) or good command of French is a plus
•Interested in a long-term employment commitment
•Capability to solve problems, organize multiple tasks
