Hello! We are two french easygoing people living in a nice appartment in Jing An district.


The flat is big and bright facing south. It has three bedrooms, the middle sized one (around 10 sqm) is available for July. Our former flatmate had to go back to France, so we are looking for someone to take over.
The rent is to be payed every 2 months (2100 RMB ), the deposit is 1 month rent.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, one large living room and a Kitchen .
Our compound is located 10 minutes walk from Jing'An Temple, has an efficient 24 guarding service, a Gym club, a Swimming pool, and a tennis court.

The metro station JiangSu Lu (line 2) is 5 minutes walk, and you can find many buses in the area .

You will share a bathroom with another guy.

The flat is non-smoking.
