NextStep will be at roomtwentyeight Restaurant & Lounge at the URBN Hotel, China’s first carbon neutral hotel, on Tuesday, March 4th from 8 til 10pm.

Enjoy an evening of drinks, conversation and collaboration with like-minded entrepreneurs. As always there are no cover charges or membership required to join us at NextStep Tuesday. We encourage you to invite friends and colleagues who are or have a passing interest in entrepreneurship.

Scott Barrack Director of URBN Hotels & Resorts, and Space Development will be our featured guest discussing his firm’s unique investment and development strategy for China. In the nine years Scott has been in China he has been involved in over 70 real estate sales transactions, over 300 leasing transactions and over 20 development projects. Scott’s specialty has been Shanghai’s French Concession Property and Creative Warehouse spaces. Space international is generally regarded as the specialists in Shanghai’s French Concession. Scott will be on hand throughout the evening to discuss his ventures thus far in China, and better yet you can get a first hand look at his work with the newly opened URBN hotel.
