On peut rester a SH pour obtenir le working permit.

--- 1ere etape : preparation du dossier ---
According to shanghai municipal labour and social security requirement,you have to prepare following documents to apply for the employment license and i will hand it over to the related organization.
employment license:
1)application form for foreigner's employment in china
2)copy of business license,copy of code certificate,copy of certificate of approval (all this provided by the company)
3)complete resume of the applicant
4)the credentials or qualifications of the applicant required by the performance of the job (which could be reference letters or diplomas)
(It must be certifiied that you have more than 2 years working experience,could you pls ask your former company provide this qualifications for us)
5)copy of passport

--- 2eme etape : visite medicale ---
Below the documents you should take to the health care center.
1.Passport (original and copy)
2.Three passport photos( 2 inch)
3.Copy of business license
4.RMB 702


--- 3eme etape : finalisation ---
RH Assistant will go to the Entry and Exit Shanghai Public Security Bureau to apply for the residence permit next week.It is the last procedure that you can be legally employed in china under the protection of Chinese laws.

Remarque : Des fois le 'western' doit etre present, d'autre fois non ... Les VIE/Expat' n'ont jamais ce probleme, ceux en contrat local doivent generalement se deplacer.


--- 4eme etape : reception ---
Ca coute 400RMB par un coursier. Reception : 3-5 jours apres la finalisation.
