I discovered and incredible new Italian restaurant in Maoming Nan lu: PANE e VINO.
I was surprised at the beginning of the menu, with not so many choises, but then I realized which is the philosophy.
I am Italian, and I know that a high quality restaurant focuses on few excellent courses rather than a mass restaurant that offer a wide selection.
I tryed "caprese" with a "melting in mouth" mozzarella and a super soft filet: delicious!!
With my wife we went also for lunch on Sunday and we were surprised of a lunch set including famouse Italian appetitizers plus first or second course including wine for only 89 RMB !!!
High recommended!!
And before to leave, remember to speak with Antonio, the chef, very simpatic and with a long experience.
